cheese cake with apples and raisins

This is my friend Jasmin’s recipe, which was passed on to her by her grandmother. The cake consists of three parts: 1. dough, 2. cream cheese base and 3. apples and raisins

DOUGH

200 grams organic rye flour

70 grams butter

70 grams dark brown sugar

2 free range eggs

1 table-spoon baking powder

Form a ball and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.

CREAM CHEESE BASE

1 cup double cream yoghurt

350 grams cream cheese

70 grams white sugar

1 free range egg

APPLES AND RAISINS

7 apples

1 cup of raisins

Baking time: 45 min./180 degrees
